our church

We appreciate you taking the time to visit us on the web here at Living Waters Church.  Understanding that it is hard to find a great social network to plug into, we want to provide a place for those in our community where you can grow and worship in your faith.  We do our best at our church to create a friendly and genuine atmosphere that is relative and inviting to anyone who visits.

We are a church family who wishes to grow stronger in faith, joy and love through earnest worship, relevant teaching and the recognition that we serve the Lord Jesus Christ.

We would love you to join our worship service every Sunday and we pray that your experience here brings you closer to God.

Pastor Mike Dolce:
Lead Pastor
Mike serves as Lead Pastor at Living Waters Church. Mike has been involved with youth  ministry for over twenty years right here in north Jersey and has just been named Lead Pastor. Mike has Masters Degree from Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, NY.  Mike and his wife Janice have been married for 19 years and have been blessed with two wonderful children, Dominick (16) and Natalie (13). They are a family that loves spending time together and they enjoy sports, especially baseball, camping, and amusement parks.

Mike has seen baseball games in all but three Major League cities and in all has been to over 2000 games in 36 ballparks. He also has had a few interesting meetings during those times including getting chauffeured by Phil Rizzuto, having lunch with Tom Seaver, and nearly avoiding a car accident with  Boston Red Sox  Mo Vaughn.

Worship Leader: Janice Dolce

Janice is married to Pastor Mike and the two of them have worked side by side in Youth Ministry since 2002. They have two children, Dominick (16) and Natalie (13).

Outside of ministry, you will find that Janice loves talking sports, and playing outside with her kids. She has been coaching her kids in baseball and softball since they have been old enough to pick up a bat. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and is still celebrating the Eagles Super Bowl championship.

Janice’s favorite vacation spot is Knoebels in Elysburg, PA. She and the family make their annual trek to camp and have fun each July.

statement of faith

We are a Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. Click the icon to learn more about the Alliance.

We believe that Jesus is the Christ, God incarnate. He came in human form to sacrifice Himself, once for all, that we might not perish but have eternal life. This is the bedrock of our belief—the spiritual DNA of The Alliance. Our family tree bears the fruit of the Deeper Life, Fourfold Gospel, and the “living out” of Alliance Core Values—all fueling our uncompromising call to “go!” wherever and whenever God leads.
We believe that the Bible is eternal truth without any mixture of error and is the complete and final revelation of the will of God to man (Psalm 119:160; John 17:17; Revelation 22:18-19; 2 Timothy 3:16).
We believe that the Bible teaches that there is one and only one eternal and true God, but He is manifested in three separate persons in the Godhead: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. These three are co-existent, co-equal, and co-eternal (John 1:1; I John 5:7; Matthew 3:16-17).

We believe that He is all knowing (omniscient Psalm 147:5); all powerful (omnipotent Job 42:2); everywhere present (omnipresent Psalm 139); and His nature is absolutely unchangeable (immutable Malachi 3:6).
We believe that He took upon Himself human form through the virgin birth for the purpose of redemption (John 1:14; Matthew 1:18). That he led a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross (Hebrews 9:23-28, 10:10). That He physically arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death (1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Romans 1:3-4). That He ascended to heaven’s glory and is at the right hand of the Father serving as our mediator, and He will return to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords (Acts 1:9, 11; Titus 2:13; I Timothy 2:5; Romans 8:34).

We believe that the Holy Spirit is a Divine Person equal with God The Father and God The Son and of the same nature (John 16:13; Acts 5:3-4). That He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He indwells every believer from the moment of salvation. He provides the believer with power for living and witnessing, understanding of spiritual truth and guidance in doing what is right (Acts 1:8; John 16:7-13, 14:16-17). Upon salvation, He gives every believer a spiritual gift for the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:7-16).

We believe that Salvation, the reconciliation of man’s fallen relationship with God, is a Divine work solely dependent upon the grace of God through the finished work of Christ (Romans 5:11; John 1:12-13; Ephesians 1:7). That Salvation is a free gift available to all men. It cannot be earned by any works of man (Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3:14-16). That man receives Salvation upon hearing the Word of God, being convicted of his lost condition, repenting and putting his trust in the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour (Romans 10:17; Romans 10:9,10; Acts 3:19, 4:12). That Salvation is eternally secure through Jesus Christ (John 10:27-30).

We believe in the return of Christ as described in the following two events: The return of Christ in the clouds for His church before the Tribulation period (The Rapture – 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18; Revelation 3:10, 4:1) and the Pre-Millennial return of Christ to the earth to rule and reign (Zechariah 14:1-4; Revelation 19:11-16).
We believe people are created to exist forever. We will either exist eternally separated from God by sin or eternally with God through His forgiveness and salvation (John 3:16-18; Romans 8:7,18). That those who have put their trust in Christ will live forever with Him in a literal Heaven (Revelation 21:1-4). That those who reject Christ will be cast into the Lake of Fire with the devil and his angels for all eternity (Revelation 20:10-15).
